Refitting properties at scale is expensive, and new fixtures have a carbon cost you're increasingly being asked to justify. Refittr gives you a supply of second-hand fixtures and fittings at a fraction of retail, with dimensions listed upfront so you know what you're buying before you commit.
How fit works on Refittr
Every listing on Refittr comes with the measurements that matter. Kitchen runs, bathroom fixtures, door sizes, floor areas. No guessing from a grainy photo.
Landlords, developers and housebuilders can go further by building a portfolio. Upload the floor plans for the properties you manage, and Refittr reads the room dimensions from them. From then on, every time you open a listing (a run of laminate flooring, a full kitchen, a bathroom suite) we show you exactly which rooms in which of your properties it will fit, so you know where the stock is going before you buy. For thousands of standardised UK new-build house types we already hold the plans, so those matches appear the moment you add the property.
For everything else (older housing, conversions, commercial buildings, one-off refurbs) buyers check the listed dimensions against their own. Add your properties to your portfolio, enter the rooms you're refitting, and Refittr surfaces the stock that suits.

Most of it goes to landfill for one reason: there was no efficient way to connect the people stripping it out with the people who could use it.
