Refittr is launching in the North West in 2026, and we're doing it with an exclusive demolition partner on the ground: Corkery Smith Ltd. They provide the supply, we carefully extract the goods, match it to the homes it fits and provide delivery or collection. Together we power the biggest innovation in demolition and the circular economy the U.K. has ever seen.
If you're a developer, landlord or HMO operator in the North West, this is your early access route to fixtures priced well below new, matched to the homes you already own.
For our pilot and launch phase, Corkery Smith are our exclusive demolition partner across the North West. We are excited to be partnering with a trusted operator with sustainability at their core and a team who understand what we're trying to do.
The Corkery Smith team have experience with sustainable demolition and soft strip for over 20 years. They already prioritise recycling and reuse wherever possible. Partnering with Refittr is the natural next step: instead of materials going to recycling at best or landfill at worst, they now go directly to buyers who need them.
For Corkery Smith, this means first-mover advantage in what we believe will become a standard part of every demolition job in the UK. For us, it means a controlled launch with a partner who gets it.
Corkery Smith identify reusable fixtures during soft strip surveys. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, doors, windows, wardrobes. These go live on Refittr as pre-sell listings before extraction day.
Buyers browse listings matched to their property type. Refittr's schema database tells them instantly whether a listing will fit their home. No guesswork, no tape measures, no risk.
Only items that have already sold or with good potential to sell come out. Refittr provides extraction specialists who can recover re-usable fixtures with care. We give the guarantee that we will turn up to extract on the day because we know how tight schedules can be. The goods are inspected and the extraction team verify condition before buyers who are interested can purchase. Once we have verified condition we package up and allow money to change hands.
If you run an HMO portfolio, manage rental properties, or develop residential schemes in the North West, you already know the maths. A working kitchen in verified condition at a fraction of new cost, fitted in a property where it's going to be used hard, is a better commercial decision than buying new every time.
Refittr gives you access to fixtures priced 60 to 70 percent below new, with fit verified against your property's house type before you buy, or full dimensions so you can decide on fit. For pilot access, we're opening a limited number of places to operators introduced through Corkery Smith.

Corkery Smith are our exclusive demolition partner for the pilot and launch phase. We're not onboarding additional demolition partners in the North West during this period.
If you're a demolition or construction company elsewhere in the UK and you're interested in how this works, we'd still like to hear from you. Post-launch we'll be expanding the model to new regions and new partners.
